Teaching Experience: Oakland Spirit Orchestra (OSO) - West Oakland Middle School location: group ensemble rehearsals with group and individual instruction, grades 6-8th. West Oakland Middle School and Martin Luther King Elementary: group lessons. NEA CLC, Alameda, California: beginning violin classes, 6th and 7th graders.

Teaching Style/Philosophy: “I use a variety of techniques including the Suzuki Method, call & response, finger placement, bowing exercises, scales, music theory homework and group performances. We play songs from different cultures, countries, classical, folk, blues, jazz and R&B.”
